The goal
It is the studio's working answer to a real problem: agent reports are claims until another agent, or the owner, verifies them against the artifacts.
What it does — the task

- That work is verified before it counts
- The founder serves as final certifier
Why it exists
Agent reports are claims until they are verified against the artifacts. The boardroom puts that verification into daily practice — multi-agent governance and cross-provider verification design.
